Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2008, Ms. Ong Bee Khoon serves as Executive Partner and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, playing a crucial role in overseeing the management and administration of both the Northern Region and Federal Territory offices. As a qualified and registered Company Secretary, she heads the firm’s Company Secretarial Services Practice and serves as Co-Head of Corporate & Commercial (Non-Litigation).

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Ong has developed extensive experience across diverse areas of civil law, with particular emphasis on corporate matters, construction law and arbitration.

Ong has appeared in numerous reported cases, both as lead counsel and as assisting counsel to Kenny, demonstrating her versatility in handling significant litigation matters. Her comprehensive understanding of financial and commercial law enables her to effectively advise and represent both individual and corporate clients on intricate corporate transactions and disputes.

As a key member of the Arbitration team, Ong regularly coordinates the preparation and management of legal documentation in arbitration proceedings, ensuring seamless case management from inception to resolution. Her expertise in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms adds significant value to the Firm’s dispute resolution capabilities.
